Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and dispatched during our scheduled delivery windows.

To maintain freshness and reduce waste, we currently operate on a weekly production schedule.

Orders placed by Sunday will be processed and dispatched the following week, with deliveries typically made between Tuesday and Thursday using a chilled delivery service where applicable.

Delivery times may vary depending on location. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier or external factors beyond our control.

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
